our commitment

MatchPod has zero tolerance for content, behaviour or activity that sexually exploits, endangers or harms minors. This principle informs our platform rules and enforcement actions.

age restriction

MatchPod is intended only for people aged 18 years and older.

We do not knowingly permit minors to use the platform. Users must confirm that they are at least 18 during registration. Accounts believed to belong to underage users may be investigated, restricted and removed.

monitoring & enforcement

We investigate reports and take action against content or behaviour that violates child-safety standards. Actions may include:

  • Reviewing potentially harmful content or reported conduct.
  • Swiftly removing content that violates child-safety policies.
  • Immediately suspending and permanently banning offending accounts.
  • Reviewing and updating safety controls and enforcement procedures.

Report suspicious, inappropriate or unsafe behaviour using the reporting tools in the App or by emailing support@matchpod.in.

Child-safety reports are treated with priority and confidentiality. We investigate reports and take action appropriate to the circumstances.

legal compliance

We cooperate with law enforcement and comply with applicable child-safety laws and regulations in India, including:

  • The Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act (POCSO), 2012.
  • The Information Technology Act, 2000 and applicable rules.
  • Lawful requests from authorised law-enforcement agencies.
  • Mandatory reporting obligations that apply to discovered child-safety violations.

The safety of our community is a priority. We are committed to a platform free from exploitation and harm.
